Latvian Adult Education Association national event was held in Riga (Latvia) in the past 5th of December 2019 and had the participation of 27 people including adult educators and administration staff from adult education providers, representing Universities, Adult Education Centres, Education Boards, NGO, individual consultants and trainers. 

Participants were introduced to WhomeN project aims and activities, the Protocol, the self-evaluation tool and methods of soft skills developing.

Participants actively took part in discussions about content of the educational programme and showed interest to use the self-evaluation tool and methods for social skills development in their professional lives.

Aizkraukle Educational Centre expressed interest to held National training of Whomen project (the Pilot Implementation of the Protocol) in Aizkraukle. It was decided to organize it in February 2020.
