Yesterday, 11th March 2020, AIDRom Association organised their national seminar in Timisoara (Romania) to share the good practices of the Project Whomen implementation in Romania.
Representatives of Labour Center, National Human Trafiking Agency and many local NGO working with women vulnerable groups participated.
The main results of the project were disseminated: The training methodology on soft skills for women and the soft skills online evaluation tool.
Discussion and new ideas about how to better assist women looking for a job were held. It was also shared a psychological perspective about non-formal training and self-esteem increase for women suffering from trauma.
The event finished with a very warming brunch made by Iranian refugees settled in Timisoara.
